Photos exhibit Vietnam-Australia ties

Can Tho (VNA) – A photo exhibition entitled “Australia-Vietnam: Now and Then” opened at the Can Tho University in the Mekong delta province of Can Tho on May 6. The exhibition is being jointly held by the Australian Consul General and the Can Tho University as part of activities to mark the 35th anniversary of the Australia-Vietnam diplomatic ties. The 58 photos taken between 1973 and now have been sourced from the two countries’ citizens and the Australian historical documentary centre. They capture important events of the bilateral ties, friendship between the two people as well as the daily life in each country. The exhibition will run until May 13.- Enditem
