Big tumour removed from woman’s belly

HCM City (VNA) – Doctors at the Ho Chi Minh City Medical University’s Hospital successfully removed a 4.6kg tumor from a woman’s stomach in a two-hour operation on May 5. The woman, 56-year-old Le Kim Chi, who lives in An Giang province, said she had the tumor for 10 years, but poverty had prevented her from seeking treatment. She was hospitalised on April 29 in a critical condition but is now recovering well.-Enditem
