Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnam and Ukraine have pledged to boost economic-commercial and scientific-technological cooperation in an agreement signed in Hanoi on May 7.
Addressing the signing ceremony, Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Le Danh Vinh, said Vietnam will create favourable conditions for Ukraine businesses and proposed the Ukraine facilitate the entry of Vietnamese commodities.
Vinh praised Vietnam-Ukraine cooperation, particularly in industry, energy, mining engineering and chemicals, and said Vietnam was willing to provide training for Ukraine undergraduate and postgraduate students.
The Ukraine Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs, V.T. Piatnhiski, said he believed the ninth session of the Vietnam-Ukraine Inter-governmental Committee will help boost trade and investment cooperation between the two sides in science, technology, education, transportation, finance and banking.-Enditem
