HCM City helps train 139 Lao students

Hanoi (VNA) – Ho Chi Minh City has helped train 139 Lao students over the past five years to a total cost of more than 6 billion VND. The students from Vientiane , Champassak, Savannakhet and Luang Prabang, have come to HCM City to study under a cooperation programme between the city and Laos . The HCM City People’s Committee recently asked the municipal Education and Training Department to work with the Lao General Consulate in seeking measures to improve education efficiency for Lao students.-Enditem
