Swiss-funded training workshop starts

HCM City (VNA) – Government officials are attending a five-day workshop that aims to help authorities boost marketing and recruitment at vocational training centres across the country. Participants include senior experts from the General Department of Vocational Training (GDVT), officials of the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs and managers from Vocational Training Centres in 10 major cities and provinces, including Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City . The workshop held in HCM City is part of the Swiss-funded Strengthening of Vocational Training Centres (SVTC) project, implemented by the Swiss Foundation for Technical Corporation (Swisscontact). This workshop is SVTC’s first event in a training programme that will be carried out throughout this year.-Enditem
