Nuclear power exhibition to be held in Hanoi

Hanoi (VNA) – The Science and Technology and the Trade and Industry Ministries will organise a nuclear power exhibition in Hanoi from May 14-17 under the theme “Towards Vietnam’s first nuclear power plant”. Director of the Atomic Energy Institute Vuong Huu Tan on May 10 said that the event will draw the participation of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the Atomic Energy of Canada Limited (AECL), the China Guangdong Nuclear Power Company (CGNPC) and other nuclear power companies from the Republic of Korea , Japan , Russia , France and Vietnam . Participants will showcase their capacity in design, manufacturing, construction, operation, maintenance and fuel supply for nuclear power plant at the exhibition.-Enditem
