Deputy PM meets Hong Kong’s Sun Wah CEO

Hanoi (VNA) – Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem received CEO Jonathan Choi of Hong Kong’s Sun Wah group, in Hanoi on May 13.

The Deputy PM highly appreciated the group’s donation of 1 million USD to improving education in disadvantaged areas in Vietnam .

He expressed his pleasure at the Successful development of Sun Wah in Vietnam and expressed his support for the group’s plan to further invest in the country’s economy, trade, real estate and finance.

Jonathan Choi said that Sun Wah came to Vietnam in 1970, initially involving in fisheries. Overcoming many difficulties, Sun Wah now is successful in the development of real estate, finance and technology. The group is expected to expand its business from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi with a plan to build office buildings, luxury apartments, and trade centres.-Enditem
