14/05/2008 -- 10:47 AM

HCM City (VNA) – The Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee is seeking investors to set up business in the 100-ha High-Tech Agricultural Park (HTAP) in Pham Van Coi Commune in Cu Chi District.

Eligible projects must either be in high-tech agricultural production research or in human resources training for high-tech agriculture.

Investors in the park will pay an annual land rental based on city regulations and the rental period will not exceed 50 years. Investors will not need to pay for water used for irrigation, but will be required to pay for waste water treatment and water for daily living.

The city said it would hire foreign high-tech agricultural experts, and would set up a bus route to serve the employees who work at the park.-Enditem
