· Banks refrain from providing loans: Businesses find difficult in getting capital (Tien phong [Vanguard], No. 136. page 5). Many businesses have to find ways to maintain their production and business as it is hard to get loans from banks or mobilise capital from the stock market.

· Absurdity in power sector (Tuoi tre [Youth], No. 130, page 5). While the shortage of electricity is becoming severer, the Ca Mau power plant 1 is unable to find customers and construction of the Ca Mau power plant 2 standstills.

· High loan interest rates (Thanh nien [Young people], No. 136, page 6). Loan interest rates of banks are on high. Borrowers not only pay interest, but also pay other charges.

· Lights in disturbance (Thanh nien, No. 136, page 7). On a gloomy market, share prices of companies involving health, food, energy, still maintain or even raise their values, and investors describe this as “defensive” shares in the current disturbance.

· For-rent office buildings are attractive (Thanh nien, No. 136, page 10). While market on land for apartment projects is freezing, offices for rent lure customers.

· Electricity: Progress of many projects is still slow (Cong Thuong [Industry-Trade], No. 14, page 5).
