Foreign groups can open recruiting agencies

Hanoi (VNA) – Legally registered foreign companies in operation since 2005 can offer job recruiting services if they have 300 million VND (18,750 USD) in registered capital, an office and at least five staff with a college-level certificate. Under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affair’s new proposal on jobs agencies, in addition to the investment license from the Ministry of Planning and Investment, businesses must have approval from the local Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs departments to begin such operations.-Enditem
