US singer performs for Agent Orange victims

Hanoi (VNA) – US singer Peter Yarrow and a delegation from the Fund for Reconciliation and Development (FRD) have performed in Ho Chi Minh City, Hoi An and Hanoi to raise funds for Vietnamese A/O dioxin victims. During the singer’s two performances on June 25 and 29, individuals and organisations donated nearly 700 million VND, reported the organising board. The Pacific Land company also presented 10,000 USD and promised provide the same sum annually in the next four years.-Enditem
