Hanoi police delegation visits Germany

Berlin (VNA) – A delegation of Hanoi Police, led by its Director Major General Nguyen Duc Nhanh paid a working visit to Germany from July 9-14 in the frame work of a cooperation agreement between the two countries’ public security ministries. Major General Nhanh had a working session with Gerd Neubeck, deputy director of Berlin ’s police to exchange experiences in fighting crimes, especially organised crimes. The two sides also exchanged views on the Vietnamese community in Germany , including Vietnamese living in Berlin and discussed transport safety, prevention of urban traffic accidents and traffic jams. They put forward measures to promote cooperation between the two cities’ police forces. During the visit, Major General Nhanh and his delegation worked with the Vietnamese embassy on Vietnam-Germany cooperation and the situation of the Vietnamese community. The delegation also met with representatives of Vietnamese businesses in German and Vietnamese living in Berlin.-Enditem
