Steering Committee on Personal Income Tax Law established

Hanoi (VNA) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has instructed the Finance Ministry to establish a Central Steering Committee for the implementation of the Personal Income Tax Law within this month. The instruction dated July 15 stipulated that the committee will be headed by a Deputy Prime Minister and its members will be leaders of a number of ministries and relevant agencies. The instruction defines the responsibility of ministries, agencies and localities in the implementation of the law. It also requires ministers, leaders of governmental agencies and chairmen of the municipal and provincial people’s committees and mass media join hand in raising the public awareness about the law.-Enditem
