New securities company receives operating licence in HCM City

Hanoi (VNA) – The State Securities Commission (SSC) has granted an operating licence to Saigonbank Berjaya Securities JSC (SBBS), with a charter capital of 300 billion VND. The Ho Chi Minh City-based company will offer services on brokerage, institutional trading, underwritting and securities investment consulting. SBBS was also permitted to deposit securities for individuals and organisations at home and abroad at the Securities Depository Centre.-Enditem
