Indonesia, Iran cooperate in youth affairs

Hanoi (VNA) - Indonesia and Iran have signed a memorandum of understanding on youth affairs cooperation such as exchanges of youth visits and information between the two countries. The MoU was signed by Indonesian Youth and Sports Affairs Minister Adhyaksa Dault and Iranian Vice President Haj Ali Akbari in Indonesia on August 27, said NAM News Network. The news network quoted Indonesian Minister Dault as saying that the two countries’ youths would exchange visits and cooperate in the development of youth centres and youth experts as well as other cooperation such as in traditional sports development. The MoU was a starting point for both countries to build better youth relations, Vice President Ali Akbari said, hoping that Indonesian youths would visit Iran to observe Iran more closely, according to the news network.-Enditem
