Personnel strategy for enterprises in making

Hanoi (VNA)- Executives from 20 leading corporations of the nation flocked to a seminar in Hanoi on September 5 to discuss a personnel strategy in the industrialization and modernization period. The event, also attended by authorities from industrial-booming cities and provinces such as Hanoi , Ho Chi Minh City and the southern province of Binh Duong , pointed out that the strategy must be based on reality. Vo Duc Huy, member of the Party Central Committee in charge of the enterprises sector, said it is necessary to work out criteria for key persons’ qualifications in enterprises as well as targets and measures on human resource development up to 2010. A representative from the Song Da Corporation emphasised on personal training in staff promotion while a representative from the Electricity of Vietnam group called for a solid policy system, good treat and a boost in administrative reforms in staff arrangement. “With all this effort, we shall encourage the staffs to devote to their jobs,” said the EVN representative.--Enditem
