State President honours over nine hundred teachers

Hanoi (VNA) – State President Nguyen Minh Triet has decided to award the hounourable titles of People’s Teacher to 101 teachers and Meritorious Teacher to 815 others. They are the teachers who have made great contributions to the nation’s educational cause, the decision said. The president’s decision was made on the occasion of Vietnam ’s Teachers Day (Nov. 20) with the biggest-ever number of teachers awarded.-Enditem
