HCM City (VNA) - The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has committed to providing Ho Chi Minh City with 2 million USD to carry out an administrative reform project between now and 2010.
Nguyen Trung Thong, Deputy Director of the Vie/02/010 project, said that in the 2003-2006 period, the project helped Ho Chi Minh City implement its administrative reform programme and execute Decree 93 on decentralisation and human resources training.
In addition, the project assisted the city in realising its "one-stop" policy on a trial basis, separating public administration from public service and perfecting administration forms for documents.-Enditem
