Ninh Binh (VNA) - The Norwegian government has provided to the tune of 11 million NOK (1.7 million USD) in aid to support the second phase of an administrative reform project in northern Ninh Binh province.
The project, aimed at improving the management capacity and efficiency of local authorities at all levels and reducing poverty, will last until December 2010.
Also focusing on disadvantaged and largely ethnic minority-inhabited areas, the project targets to slash the rate of poor households in the province to below 10 percent by 2010.-Enditem
