OVs in France receives certificate of merit

Kien Giang (VNA) - The People's Committee of southern Kien Giang province presented a certificate of merit to Thai Thanh Luu, a French national of Vietnamese descent for his contribution to the country. Luu, who is a nuclear medicine physician and is working for France's General Electric Co., donated medical equipment worth 12 billion VND (750,000 USD) to the province's General Hospital.-Enditem
