Ha Noi (VNA) – CMC Group on Nov. 21 inaugurated CMC Telecom JS Company with legal capital of 100 billion VND (6.25 million USD) and signed a strategic co-operation agreement with EVN Telecom.

Under the agreement, CMC and EVN Telecom will join hands to invest in lucrative markets like banking and finance.

EVN Telecom will invest in transmission infrastructure while CMC Telecom will invest in IT and communication services to provide for the customers of both groups.

The two sides also signed a principle agreement on supplying data transmission services to the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Viet Nam (Agribank). -Enditem
