HCM City (VNA)- The Dae Dong construction group from the Republic of Korea plans to build 2,000 apartments for low income earners in Ho Chi Minh City .
Its CEO Jeong Hoan Kwak told municipal People’s Committee Chairman Le Hoang Quan in a meeting on February 21 that the group has reached an agreement on this project with the Saigon Real Estates Corporation as part of its strategy on housing projects for low income earners and social welfare target population in the city.
