HCM City invests 6 trillion VND to build overhead road

HCM City (VNA) – A memorandum of understanding on investment to build an overhead road in Ho Chi Minh City was signed on March 19. The agreement between the city and the Ministry of Construction’s Construction Corporation No. 1 will build overhead road No. 4 with an estimated investment of 6 trillion VND. The 9.6km overhead road will link the Binh Phuoc cross and the Nhieu Loc-Thi Nghe area, running over Highway 13, across the Saigon River and through the Chu Van An and Dien Bien Phu streets. The 17m-wide road will have four lanes for vehicles. According to Construction Corporation No. 1 General Director Nguyen Van Chien, the investment project will be developed soon and construction work is expected to begin early next year.-Enditem
