NA Standing Committee adopts revised Administrative Ordinance

Hanoi (VNA) – Adolescents, aged between 14 and 16, who breach administrative regulations, are not subject to fines, affirmed the revision to the ordinance on punishments of administrative violators. The revision was adopted by the National Assembly Standing Committee at its seventh meeting in Hanoi on March 26. The revision was made to ensure the consistency of the State’s punishments of adolescents who violate law, legislators said.-Enditem
