Buenos Aires (VNA) – The Dominican Republic is expected to be a good destination for Vietnamese investors, thus contributing to meeting the demand for diversified goods consumption in the central American country, said a Dominican senior trade official.
Secretary of Industry and Commerce Melanio Paredes made the statement after his meeting with a Vietnamese business mission led by Vietnamese Ambassador to Argentina Tran Thanh Huan.
He added his government was mulling the possibility to replace all current light bulbs with energy-saving ones at a time of global hike oil prices.
